We want to have exceptional service for our clients, which is why we offer Online Bookings that allow existing clients to schedule their appointments at a time that works for them - no receptionist needed! This gives our clients the ability to book as many appointments as they would like and as far in advance as they would like.
For appointment cancellations or changes, please email us at reception@myhopewell.ca. Please note that we require 24 hours to cancel or reschedule appointments. All appointment billings are done automatically through our system.

Client Care Services - for Current Clients
This is a free 15-minute service. The Client Care Services Team is comprised of support staff who work at HopeWell and whose job is to assist our existing clients. Services are non-therapeutic and intended to help clients with questions and coordinate benefits. For quick questions, please email us at reception@myhopewell.ca.
IMPORTANT: A person becomes a HopeWell client only when all of the following have taken place: you completed our intake process AND you attended your first session. If you are not a HopeWell client, we will not keep any of your information in our database.
Consultation Services - for Potential Clients
This is a free 15-minute service. The Consultation Team is comprised of support staff who work at HopeWell. They are here to help answer all your questions so you can make informed decisions about how to proceed in your counselling journey. The Consultation Team is knowledgeable about the therapeutic process and about the various therapeutic approaches offered at HopeWell. Ultimately, the Consultation Team is here to help you determine whether therapy is a good fit and select the particular Clinician who can best work with the type of issue(s) you are experiencing, in order to help you accomplish your particular goal(s).
IMPORTANT: A person becomes a HopeWell client only when all of the following have taken place: you completed our intake process AND you attended your first session. If you are not a HopeWell client, we will not keep any of your information in our database.
Individual Therapy
This service is for clients who are choosing to attend therapy because they are experiencing challenges in life and are seeking assistance in working through the issue. These clients have self-referred and are not attending due to a referral of a third party.
IMPORTANT: A person becomes a HopeWell client only when all of the following have taken place: you completed our intake process AND you attended your first session. If you are not a HopeWell client, we will not keep any of your information in our database.
Individual Therapy - Accidents
This service is for clients who are pursuing compensation. We work with individuals who have been injured in non-work-related situations, including Car Accidents, Motorcycle Accidents, ATV Accidents, Bicycle Accidents, Aviation Accidents, Marine Accidents, Pedestrian Accidents, Slips and Falls, and Physician Error and/or Negligence.
IMPORTANT: A person becomes a HopeWell client only when all of the following have taken place: you completed our intake process AND you attended your first session. If you are not a HopeWell client, we will not keep any of your information in our database.
Individual Therapy - WorkSafe BC
This is for clients who have been referred to us by WorkSafe British Columbia. Please note that your Case Worker must send us an intake letter with approval of sessions before you can be booked in.

Individual Therapy - Medavie Blue Cross
This therapy is for people who need counselling and are a part of one of the following groups: Canadian Armed Forces (CAF), Veterans Affairs (VA), or Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).
