Book an Appointment
Existing Clients: The Jane Bookings help make your life easier, and we encourage you to use Jane for bookings! You can book either a 60 or a 90-minute appointment, in the appropriate time slot. For example, a 90-minute time slot is for 90-minute appointments. As such, please do not book a 60-minute appointment in one of the 90-minute slots.
Please note that we require 24 hours to cancel or reschedule appointments. We understand if you had a valid reason for the late cancellation/no show (illness, emergency), but we ask that you show us valid documentation that shows us what has happened that led to the late cancellation/no show. If you do not have a valid reason or supporting documentation for the cancellation/no show, we encourage clients to take accountability, and clients will be billed at the full session rate.
Appointment cancellations or changes: Please use your Jane portal to cancel or make changes to your bookings. With less than 24 hours’ notice, your portal will not allow changes, so please email us at reception@myhopewell.ca to cancel/change your bookings and state the reason for the late change.
New Clients: Please call 780-298-9401 so we can do a complimentary phone call to determine whether we are a good fit for one another.

Individual Therapy
This service is for clients who are choosing to attend therapy because they are experiencing challenges in life and are seeking assistance in working through the issue. These clients have self-referred and are not attending due to a referral of a third party.
IMPORTANT: A person becomes a HopeWell client only when all of the following have taken place: you completed our intake process AND you attended your first session. If you are not a HopeWell client, we will not keep any of your information in our database.
Individual Therapy - Accidents
This service is for clients who are pursuing compensation. We work with individuals who have been injured in non-work-related situations, including Car Accidents, Motorcycle Accidents, ATV Accidents, Bicycle Accidents, Aviation Accidents, Marine Accidents, Pedestrian Accidents, Slips and Falls, and Physician Error and/or Negligence.
