Lana is a Registered Psychologist with a successful private practice in Canada. From a young age, Lana knew that she would be a psychologist. Her formal education includes a degree in Science with a Specialization in Psychology and a Master of Counseling degree. It was in her Master’s degree that she strongly felt the activation of her calling and achieved Honours with Distinction. Since then, Lana has learned multiple therapeutic approaches, pursued her own personal healing and spiritual journey, and is the published author of Breakup to Breakthrough: 10 Steps to a Spiritually Enlightened Life After Divorce.

Lana’s experiences have led her to develop her own therapeutic model that bridges science with spirituality in order to address all aspects of a person’s functioning – thoughts, emotions, body sensations, and spirit. Lana’s signature model helps growth-minded individuals develop a stronger inner guidance system and experience greater wholeness, calm, and higher states of consciousness while being highly productive too. Lana’s greatest joy has been to support leaders and healers to develop greater confidence so they can embrace their gifts, fully step into their soul purpose, and live authentically and fearlessly. She feels deeply honoured to have witnessed the hopeful courage and vulnerability of individuals and she credits the resilience and human spirit of her clients with inspiring her to develop her approach and bring it to a greater audience.

When she is not counselling, Lana likes to spend time outdoors, especially in the summertime. She enjoys travelling, kayaking, hiking, and having get-togethers with family and friends.

I have had the privilege of working with many incredible individuals on their journeys towards health, happiness, and empowerment. At this time, I regret to inform you that I am no longer accepting new clients. However, I am excited to introduce you to our exceptional clinicians, Rhian and Ako, who share my commitment of providing compassionate and effective care. While my schedule is currently full, you can still access my support through them as I will be working to train and supervise them closely. I believe in the power of collaborative care, and I am confident that Rhian and Ako will continue to uphold the standards of excellence you’ve come to expect from me and HopeWell. Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to the continued growth and support of you!
